ARC Inspirations is a bar group based in the North of England that operates 3 brands, Banyan, Manahatta, and Box, across 17 sites and has been running for twenty five years.
We sat down with New Openings Operations Manager, Kirsty Clark, to talk about how they’ve applied 125 and its insights to level-up business.
Watch the full length interview above.
“Within the business as a whole we use the dashboard on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.”

Data analysis
“We use the platform widely within the business. We use it to analyse data, around our products, around our guest service, around our guest satisfaction. We use it to identify where there are opportunities within the business, whether it be changing food, drinks, or how we can improve guest retention and spending.”

Product changes for service upgrades
“From analysing the data from the platform, we’ve changed some products in the past, such as our bottomless cocktail offering, to help that speed of service delivery to our guests. For example by removing some of the shake cocktails and adding in more spirit mixers we get drinks to our guests faster.”
Senior management
“Within the business as a whole we use the dashboard on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Myself and the office team have a call to discuss any potential focus sites, any opportunities we can work on and we may focus on certain dishes or certain drinks, and make sure we revisit the spec to ensure it’s being executed properly.
I think 125 is absolutely indispensable because it gives us data from so many different places at the touch of a button, where we can analyse almost every aspect of the business, understand what our guests want and how we can help them. The data is absolutely crucial.
I think within the industry there’s more and more focus on guest experience and the need to make sure they have a fantastic one every time. As part of that, the analysis within the boardroom is crucial, to understand where we need to evolve and grow, whether that’s enhancing our service through more technology, whether it’s adapting drink styles, the data within the platform vastly helps that and is always a consideration for us.”
